These terms cover your Chess in 3-D account and how you may use the service: acceptable use and fair play, subscriptions, billing and cancellation, and the intellectual property in the software, the piece art and the audio.

They also set out the disclaimers and limits that apply to the service, what happens if an account is suspended or closed, and how any dispute between us is handled.
